Luca, our owner, tour leader and fervent oil producer, will be your guide on this exclusive journey. With passion and competence, he will reveal to you the secrets of producing high quality olive oil, the result of a deep love and respect for nature and its rules.

But the experience doesn't stop there. After breathing the fresh air of the olive groves and learning how an excellent product is created, we will seat you for a dinner which is a true homage to the flavors and knowledge of Tuscany. The Rondinaio appetizer will open the banquet, followed by a homemade first course that will warm the heart, a second course with a side dish that tells the story of the richness of our land, and a dessert that will sweetly conclude the journey. All washed down with organic wine, selected to enhance each individual course.
